Purim dinner last night for Michael and me.
Started with Vegetarian Chopped Liver.
I make Holiptches* (Stuffed Cabbage) once each winter. It’s been the Purim dinner main course the past few years, so it’s become a tradition. Yes, it’s now spring, but Purim is very late this year.
Dessert was Friendly’s Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Michael likes his ice cream straight.
I prefer mine gussied up, so I crumbled an Oreo and poured on some heated Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup.
And, of course, as usual I baked Prune and Apricot Hamantaschen.
